Dr Julien Willaime

Dr Julien Willaime is the VP of Science & Research at Mirada Medical. He is an experienced industrial research scientist and holds a Ph.D. in Image Analysis applied to Positron Emission Tomography from Imperial College London. Before leading the science team, he was heading the research in nuclear and molecular imaging, for diagnostic and therapeutic applications at Mirada, in collaboration with leading clinical departments and companies. He has worked on a variety of imaging problems in a clinical setting, including quantification, standardisation, and CAD, using image processing and machine/deep learning techniques.
